CLJG006 Bevel Gear Mechanism for High
Voltage Earthing Switch
Product Introduction
1. The CLJG006 bevel gear
mechanism is used for manual operation, matched with JN22-40.5/31.5 indoor
high
voltage earthing switch. It supports KYN61-40.5 switchgear and other
switchgears.
2. The rotation angle of operating
shaft is 270°-90°(open-close).
3. The operating mechanism is
right operation by taking closing centerline as its actuator axis, shown as picture.
Left operation shall be assembled by manufacturer. Users shall install the left
operation symmetrically according to the picture.
4. When taking opening centerline
as its actuator axis, right or left operation of main shaft can be installed
with earthing switch,
and supplied by the manufacturer, users can still install
it as right operation as shown in the picture, or symmetrically install
the
left operation.
5. V-shaped shaft hole is mounted
on the spindle of the earthing switch in the mechanism. Please note that when
fixing the
mechanism and the cabinet:
(a) In the operating of rotation axis,
the small bevel gear should be engaged at about 3-4 tooth of the big bevel
gear.
Otherwise it will not meet the angle requirement.
(b) When drilling 2-φ8 hole with the square core connecting rod of the mechanism, the
handle at the front cabinet
should be the best position for easy operation.
(c) It is recommended to use φ16*700 single-rod handle, for better actuating force.
