TDJG1400Series Propelling Mechanism for Switchgear
Product Introduction
TDJG1400series propelling mechanism is a
special removable device for ZN85 series switchgear and other ones. Matched
with circuit breaker, it can achieve the locking of working and test position,
and it is with function of “Five Protection”.
it I used for pushing ZN85 series of circuit breakers
and all kinds of handcarts and all removable parts.

Ambient air temperature: -10℃-+40℃， daily temperature different 15℃
Relative humidity: daily not over 95%,
monthly not over 90%
Environmental conditions: Installation site
should be free of fire, explosive danger, heavy dust,
chemical corrosion or
severe vibration.
Pollution class: classⅡ

The process of pushing in the handcart
The process of pulling put the handcart
Push the handcart into cabinet, the left
handle is at position ①
When the handcart is at power-off state
(or at state can be pulled out), press the interlocking sheet or rotate the
crank CCW until you hear “click”, the clutch departs, the handcart is at test
position
Press the interlocking sheet, plug in the
crank to rotate CW until you hear “click”, the clutch departs, the handcarts are
at working position
Remove the crank, close the interlocking
sheet, that is too close the door
Pull the left and right handles to
position ②， pull out the handcart
