General

To protect maintenance people, the company optimized the valve mechanism of KYN28 mid-set switchgear, and added
the autolocking function. When the handcart is pulled out of cabinet, it will lock the valve plate to block the contact box
and static contact during maintenance, in order to avoid electrical accident caused by disoperation.
